Just FYI…

A portion of Oleander Street crossing over a drainage ditch located between Silverbell Circle and Corkwood Street will be closed to both Pedestrian and Vehicular thru Traffic beginning Monday October 7, 2013 for approximately two (2) months. This closure is necessary for the installation of concrete box culverts under the roadway and other constructions as part of the 2010 Bond Drainage Improvements Project and safety of the general public.

-Northbound vehicular traffic from the intersection of Basswood and Oleander Streets to the intersection of Oleander Street and Silverbell Circle, will need to detour through Basswood Street due east, Walnut Street due north, and Silverbell Circle due west back unto Oleander.

-Southbound vehicular traffic from the intersection of Oleander Street and Silverbell Circle to the intersection of Basswood and Oleander Streets will need to detour through Silverbell Circle due east, Walnut Street due south, and Basswood Street due west back unto Oleander.

-Pedestrian traveling will need to use the sidewalks following the above stated detours.

Law enforcement and emergency organizations should disseminate this information to their staff and make any necessary route changes to their normal operations.

Please pay attention to the directional traffic being erected for this purpose.
